Photo Shoot Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment - Once the date and time are confirmed, a 50% deposit is required within 12 hours to secure your slot. If the payment is not received within this timeframe, the date will be released for other clients.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellation - You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 2 times, with a minimum of 3 days’ notice prior to the shoot. If cancellation occurs less than 3 days before the scheduled date, the deposit is non-refundable.

3. Photo Selection & Storage - Images selected for retouching must be submitted within 30 days of the shoot. The full photo archive will be stored for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

4. Late Arrivals - If you are more than 30 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show. In this case, the team will leave, and the service will be deemed fully rendered.

5. Agreement to Terms - By confirming your date and making the deposit, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed on the website.
